How do I get started?

Do you work with clients nationwide?

Yes. We serve clients in all 50 states through our secure online system.

What documents do I need to file?

Most clients will need:

  • A valid ID
  • Social Security cards
  • All W-2s, 1099s, or income forms
  • 1095-A (Marketplace insurance, if applicable)
  • Last year’s tax return (optional but helpful)

Self-employed clients may also need:

  • Income totals
  • Expense totals
  • Mileage
  • Business receipts or statements
How long does filing take?

Once all documents are submitted, most returns are completed within 24–72 hours.

How much does it cost to file?

Pricing depends on your tax situation and start at $250.
You can get a free refund estimate first and you will receive a quote before we finalize your return.

Can my tax prep fee come out of my refund?

Yes. Many clients qualify to have their fee deducted from their refund through a Refund Transfer.

Do you offer refund advances?

Yes. Refund advances (up to a certain amount) may be available depending on your expected refund and the tax bank’s approval.

What if I lost my W-2 or other forms?

We can help you retrieve copies from the IRS, your employer, or the issuing agency.

Do you work with self-employed and small business clients?

Yes. We prepare Schedule C returns for:

What if the IRS contacts me?

Send us the letter immediately. We will help you understand what they need and guide you through next steps.

How do I check the status of my refund?

After filing, you can track your refund on the IRS “Where’s My Refund” website using your SSN, filing status, and refund amount.

How do referrals work?

Refer someone who files and you can earn up to $150,OR after 5 W-2 referrals your return is free.
You get paid after their return is processed and your preparer is paid.
